About the role
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding services or apartment rentals;
- Handle various ad hoc requests;
- Conduct follow-ups on various administrative files;
- Support the administration team in buildings with more complex cases;
- Prepare and open files for the housing tribunal;
- Represent the company at the housing tribunal;
- Prepare lease renewal lists for residential rental properties;
- Send renewal notices to tenants;
- Maintain various management follow-up reports;
- Provide administrative support in buildings as needed;
- Participate in the implementation of procedures and processes for continuous improvement;
- Monitor claims and litigation files related to the buildings;
- Assist team members with special projects;
Requirements
- Diploma in administrative techniques, legal techniques, or equivalent;
- 3 years' experience in residential real estate;
- Minimum 1 year of experience representing at the housing tribunal;
- Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Outlook (basic);
- Oral and written proficiency in English and French (required);
- Must have a personal vehicle (required);
- Experience in residential property management (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Knowledge of HOPEM and Lasso (an asset);
- Responsible, organized, autonomous and results-oriented;
- Attention to detail and professionalism.
