About the role

  • Respond to tenant inquiries regarding services or apartment rentals;
  • Handle various ad hoc requests;
  • Conduct follow-ups on various administrative files;
  • Support the administration team in buildings with more complex cases;
  • Prepare and open files for the housing tribunal;
  • Represent the company at the housing tribunal;
  • Prepare lease renewal lists for residential rental properties;
  • Send renewal notices to tenants;
  • Maintain various management follow-up reports;
  • Provide administrative support in buildings as needed;
  • Participate in the implementation of procedures and processes for continuous improvement;
  • Monitor claims and litigation files related to the buildings;
  • Assist team members with special projects;

Requirements

  • Diploma in administrative techniques, legal techniques, or equivalent;
  • 3 years' experience in residential real estate;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience representing at the housing tribunal;
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Outlook (basic);
  • Oral and written proficiency in English and French (required);
  • Must have a personal vehicle (required);
  • Experience in residential property management (an asset);
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Knowledge of HOPEM and Lasso (an asset);
  • Responsible, organized, autonomous and results-oriented;
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
