About the role
- Create and execute the entire partner acquisition strategy, identifying and onboarding strategic partnerships with foundations, CSR trusts, and school chains.
- Act as a "one-person army" for growth and sales, serving as a key decision-maker on partnership terms and durations.
- Manage and be accountable for pricing decisions and revenue collection.
- Proactively build long-term relationships, spending time on the ground to understand the needs and problems of our partners.
- Meet ambitious growth targets as agreed upon with the CEO.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of proven results in sales and partnerships
- A deep understanding of the education ecosystem and the challenges faced by teachers, students, and school leaders
- Strong sales orientation without a "hard-sell" approach; focus on building win-win partnerships
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
- Excellent presentation skills and be comfortable engaging with senior leadership
- Comfort with traveling across the country for meetings.
