About the role

  • Proactively reach out to corporates and foundations to pitch partnership opportunities.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term engagement.
  • Craft data-driven, compelling grant proposals and impact-led narratives that inspire donor commitment.
  • Represent the organization with NGOs and ecosystem partners to strengthen visibility and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting for partnership accounts.
  • Work closely with vendors and NGOs to design effective interventions, particularly in healthcare and education.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, grant writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A working network of decision-makers within small to mid-sized CSR portfolios.
  • An entrepreneurial "founder-like" spirit; comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's in Sales/MBA or Development Studies is a plus).
