About the role
- Proactively reach out to corporates and foundations to pitch partnership opportunities.
- Manage the complete lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Craft data-driven, compelling grant proposals and impact-led narratives that inspire donor commitment.
- Represent the organization with NGOs and ecosystem partners to strengthen visibility and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting for partnership accounts.
- Work closely with vendors and NGOs to design effective interventions, particularly in healthcare and education.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, grant writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A working network of decision-makers within small to mid-sized CSR portfolios.
- An entrepreneurial "founder-like" spirit; comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's in Sales/MBA or Development Studies is a plus).
