About the role
- Design facilitation toolkits for Fellows, teachers, ASHA/ANM workers.
- Create session plans, activity banks, games, and behaviour-change tools.
- Develop safe-space facilitation guides for sensitive discussions.
- Collaborate on visual learning materials (with communications/design teams).
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum for adolescents (10–18 years).
- Design peer-to-peer learning and adolescent-led models.
- Create content that supports gender norm reflection, empathy, and allyship.
- Design integration pathways for scaling programs across contexts.
- Conduct co-design workshops with adolescents and facilitators.
- Test curriculum tools in communities and schools.
- Gather feedback, iterate, and improve learning materials.
- Document learnings, case studies, and insights.
- Design tools that promote healthy menstrual health behaviours.
- Create activities that normalize help-seeking, hygiene, and peer support.
- Build practical frameworks for psychological safety in learning spaces.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in curriculum design, learning content, or youth programs.
- Bachelors degree in design, social sciences, education, or related fields.
- Understanding of adolescent development and behaviour change.
- Experience with design thinking or participatory methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
- Comfort using Canva, Google Workspace, and basic visual content tools.
