About the role

  • Support and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with team leads and leadership to identify current and future hiring needs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and ensure quality hires
  • Implement creative and diverse sourcing techniques across multiple platforms
  • Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, initial calls, structured interviews, and reference checks
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline through continuous networking, events, and partnerships
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on selection strategies
  • Contribute to employer branding with Communications team and create job postings and social content
  • Design and implement initiatives for a seamless and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain consultative relationships with hiring managers and share hiring progress dashboards and insights
  • Support development of job descriptions, interview guides, and standardized selection criteria
  • Collaborate with People SPOC and hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Stay informed about market trends, talent movements, and recruitment best practices

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working on multiple mandates and building talent pipelines
  • Sourcing expertise across job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks
  • Proficient in screening, structured interviews, and reference checks
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Recruitee)
  • Proficient with Google Suite and MS Office and recruitment dashboards
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and consultative skills with hiring managers and leadership
  • Employer branding and content creation skills for job postings and social media
  • Committed to delivering a seamless, inclusive candidate experience
  • Knowledge of talent trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
