Revenue Operations

• Partner with CRO and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Channel, and Marketing to align GTM strategy
• Set company-level bookings and revenue targets, territory design, and GTM resource allocation with CRO and Finance
• Establish and operationalize core GTM KPIs across new business, expansion, churn, and retention
• Lead company-wide forecasting processes, monitor pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and provide corrective recommendations
• Own bookings policy and churn reporting; represent RevOps in investor and board discussions
• Design and optimize full revenue funnel; build scalable processes for sales velocity and rep productivity
• Ensure systems and workflows reinforce sales methodology and partner with Enablement for coaching, ramp optimization, and certifications
• Deliver real-time analytics, standardized dashboards, and scorecards for Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders
• Own GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, Gong); evaluate and implement new technologies and AI tools
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align definitions, processes, and systems supporting the full customer lifecycle

Director, Revenue Operations and Strategy

• Lead and develop a team of Professional Payroll Tax specialists
• Ensure timely & accurate tax processing for tax service clients
• Ensure timely and efficient client support and issue resolution
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the managed service team
• Ensure training, onboarding, best practices and knowledge articles are in place
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Oversee quality processing of tax file submissions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure successful and timely submission of filings and payments for assigned clients
• Work with product management to ensure correctness and quality of tax services documentation
• Stay up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Monitor for problems, spot trends, and monitor ticket flow daily
• Collaborate with internal teams including Payroll Tax Specialists, Product & Implementations
• Oversee utilization and optimization of payroll software; collaborate with Development & Products
• Handle complex payroll-related inquiries and escalations from clients
• Monitor KPIs related to client satisfaction, renewal rates, and on-time delivery
• Perform other work as requested by supervisor

Manager, Professional Tax Services

• Partner with CRO and Finance to set company-level bookings and revenue targets, territory design, and GTM resource allocation
• Establish and operationalize core GTM KPIs across new business, expansion, churn, and retention
• Serve as a key strategic voice in annual planning, board reporting, and executive-level business reviews
• Lead company-wide forecasting processes—owning methodology, forecast stages, stage-by-stage conversion data, and forecast accuracy
• Monitor pipeline coverage, stage progression, and revenue conversion metrics; provide insights and course-corrective recommendations to Sales and Marketing
• Own and evolve bookings policy and churn reporting; serve as the primary RevOps representative in investor and board committee discussions
• Design and optimize the full revenue funnel—from lead acquisition to expansion and renewal—with clear handoffs and accountability
• Build scalable processes to support sales velocity, rep productivity, and customer lifecycle management
• Partner with CRO and Sales Enablement to ensure systems, applications, and workflows reinforce our sales methodology (Winning by Design) and continuously improve sales process execution
• Collaborate with Enablement to identify performance gaps and drive coaching, ramp optimization, and certification programs based on performance data
• Deliver real-time, actionable analytics to executive stakeholders across the GTM organization
• Create and maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards for Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders
• Analyze trends across ARR, churn, bookings, customer health, and funnel progression to influence GTM strategy
• Own and manage the full GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, Gong, and related tools
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, customer health scoring, and rep productivity
• Stay current on emerging AI and automation tools to drive GTM efficiency and innovation
• Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align on definitions, processes, and systems that support a unified GTM motion
