• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure readiness and alignment ahead of launches — equipping teams with the right tools, competitive intelligence, and messaging to drive results.
• Define success metrics for each launch and measure impact across adoption, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
• Engage early in planning cycles with Content Strategy and Digital Marketing to ensure GTM strategy informs creative direction, content priorities, and audience targeting.
• Own the development of core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and differentiators for Greenshades’ products and solutions.
• Partner with Content Strategy to ensure all external content (web, campaigns, thought leadership) reflects consistent positioning while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone.
• Continuously evolve Greenshades’ market narrative based on customer insights, competitive trends, and emerging industry shifts.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials — pitch decks, playbooks, battlecards, objection handling guides, and ROI calculators.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to train teams on positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to track asset utilization, win/loss outcomes, and content engagement to inform ongoing enablement improvement.
• Lead competitive and market intelligence to identify trends, new entrants, and customer challenges that shape marketing and product strategy.

Director of Product Marketing

Infrastructure Engineer

• Oversee the organization, security, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure supporting all Greenshades products, ensuring high availability and peak performance.
• Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions to expedite issue resolution and proactively prevent incidents when feasible.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products/processes and facilitate the integration of new technologies.
• Work closely with DevOps team to ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack, encompassing hosted websites, services, and all internal/client-facing products.
• Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time, both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Account Manager

• Own the channel partner relationship with accountability for retention, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
• Develop joint business plans and QBR’s.
• Create, manage, and execute partner-specific account plans that include revenue targets, enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Drive channel partner enablement by building creative, scalable programs and resources that support partner training, go-to-market readiness, and long-term growth.

Payroll Tax Specialist

Vice President

• Lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams across infrastructure, security, DevOps, and internal development.
• Own enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Direct DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Oversee enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2), including audits, vulnerability management, and policy development.
• Guide internal application development and integration (Dynamics 365, client support portals, automation tools).
• Partner with leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities.

Vice President of Technology

Revenue Operations

• Partner with CRO and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Channel, and Marketing to align GTM strategy
• Set company-level bookings and revenue targets, territory design, and GTM resource allocation with CRO and Finance
• Establish and operationalize core GTM KPIs across new business, expansion, churn, and retention
• Lead company-wide forecasting processes, monitor pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and provide corrective recommendations
