Business Analyst

• Assist in identifying, defining and tracking projects in the business unit as it relates to systems.
• Work with supervisor to prioritize and support system related projects that could directly correlate to customer satisfaction either internal or external.
• Take ownership of projects and work with the necessary individuals throughout the lifecycle of the project from concept to completion.
• Work closely with the Corporate IT teams to assist in the definition of system requirements.
• Support process improvements and assist in the definition and implementation of corporate IT initiatives impacting the business unit.
• Communicate programming needs to the centralized IT department and work closely with Programmers and/or IT Analysts to implement changes in an efficient and timely manner.

• Provide leadership and oversight for all maintenance operations across multiple regions and facilities.
• Develop and implement a global maintenance strategy that supports corporate sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Drive standardization of best practices, policies, and procedures across sites, leveraging CMMS and digital tools for enterprise-wide visibility.
• Oversee compliance with governmental regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, DNR, and local municipalities).
• Partner with corporate and business unit leaders to plan and execute facility expansions, capital projects, and major equipment upgrades.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to monitor maintenance effectiveness, cost efficiency, and asset utilization across all locations.
• Lead initiatives to minimize downtime, maximize equipment reliability, and extend asset lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, ensuring proactive risk management and best-in-class safety programs.
• Provide executive-level technical consultation and direction on complex engineering and maintenance issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors and partners; negotiate enterprise-level service and supply agreements.
• Develop and lead an enterprise maintenance leadership team, providing mentorship, coaching, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR and union leadership (where applicable) to maintain positive labor relations and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate strategic maintenance priorities and updates to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

• Provide assistance to product support team on complex technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external customers.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique and complex applications.
• Participate in industry codes and standard committees to influence industry direction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement.
• Develop, organize and present trainings to internal/external customers and trade associations.
• Take a lead role in offsite events including planning, set-up, and organize customer interactions.
• Provide input to business unit leadership for strategic planning process.

Senior Application Engineer

• Provide assistance to product support team on complex technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external customers.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique and complex applications including design and special pricing.
• Participate in industry codes and standard committees to influence industry direction.
• Responsible for highlighting and communicating key selling points of current products for delivery to sales teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable.
• Develop, organize and present trainings to internal/external customers and trade associations both onsite and offsite.

Systems Engineer

• Assist internal customers in troubleshooting system issues or questions.
• Understand functional business requirements and deliverables for assigned work.
• Collaborate with business partners to document business processes and functional specifications for readability and understanding by others.
• Create and maintain documentation for system applications/programs/designs.
• Create and maintain application installation and troubleshooting guides for high level programs.
• Work on identified solutions to a problem and test solutions against all aspects of problem as stated.
• Develop and perform testing on most tasks assigned to ensure proper functionality.
• Formulate and define system scope based on user needs and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify simple changes to information systems.
• Create standard technical design specifications from functional requirements including system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc.
• Manage assigned tasks and provide estimated time of completion.
