Account Manager

OEM Account Manager I/II

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serves as the primary finance partner to the Division President as well as providing leadership/oversight of the related business units’ managers and financial analysts.
• Collaborates closely with BU teams to deliver real-time decision support, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and guide operational trade-offs that drive margin improvement and efficiency.
• Lead financial planning processes for the Division including the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.
• Ensure full alignment with corporate expectations and deliver clear, actionable insight to plant and BU leadership.
• Develop and deliver timely financial reporting packages and dashboards.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, Excel models) to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Support standard cost system and partner with engineering/operations/systems to ensure accuracy in bills of material, routings, overhead rates, and cost rolls.
• Lead detailed analysis of manufacturing variances (PPV, labor, overhead, yield, absorption) and drive operational accountability.
• Conduct high-impact ad hoc analysis in support of key business decisions, including product and customer profitability, pricing scenarios, sales mix shifts, make-vs-buy evaluations, and regional/plant performance comparisons.
• Coordinate and lead monthly close activities for the Division, including journal entries, divisional allocations, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission in accordance with corporate deadlines.
• Support capital investment decisions, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and post-audit reviews.
• Advise on strategic investments, capacity planning, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing finance team, including recruitment, development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and data literacy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline finance processes, eliminate non-value-added work, and support lean manufacturing efforts.
• Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate policies and coordinate training and audits as needed.
• Provide rigorous inventory control and analysis across the Division, including tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Monitor and report on excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, cycle count results, and valuation trends.
• Partner with supply chain and operations to optimize inventory turns and working capital.
• Partner with Shared Services and Corporate Finance teams to ensure alignment on policies, processes, and best practices.
• Support new business initiatives, including M&A integration, new plant startups, and product launches.
• Provide financial analysis and ensure scalability of financial infrastructure.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop new metrics as needed to track and improve operational and financial performance across the division.
• Champion digital transformation in finance, identifying opportunities to automate routine reporting, streamline data flows, and enhance forecasting accuracy through systems integration.

Operations Finance Director

• Attend trade shows and product shows
• Travel as needed within the assigned territory

Application Engineer

• Provide assistance to product support team on moderately complex technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external salespeople in the areas of product selection and application.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing.
• Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems.
• Maintain working knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.
• Responsible for highlighting and communicating key selling points of our current products for delivery to our sales teams and customers.
• Work with internal and external parties to ensure sold projects are completed - including but not limited to managing & communicating lead times, shipping & logistics support and services coordination.
• Be the liaison between field & factory technical support to ensure any field issues are communicated and solved efficiently.
• Work with engineers, Account Managers and other internal teams to provide the best KVS solution for individual and national projects utilizing our proprietary software.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable.
• Maintain familiarity with competitor’s products and identify opportunities.
• Develop, organize and present trainings to internal and external customers both onsite and offsite.
• Participate in offsite events including planning, set-up, and customer interactions May participate in industry related associations.
• May provide mentoring, training, indirect supervision of other team members, or may have direct reports.
• Document service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.

Application Engineer II

Sales Engineer

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets, order volume, and profitability goals
• Maintain and build strong business relationships with key customers using knowledge of Greenheck’s products, applications, and CAPS software
• Listen to and understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions
• Sell, promote and market Greenheck products according to customer requirements
• Develop and manage a sales plan to increase sales effectiveness within the assigned territory
• Provide product quotes in CAPS to customer Engineering and Purchasing teams
• Maintain regular contact with customers including updates on new products, resolving issues, and providing potential solutions and design changes
• Work directly with Business Unit team members regarding product questions and Special Design Requests (SDR’s)
• Work with inside sales to clarify quantity and order status information
• Proactively seek out purchasing decision makers and develop business relationships
• Present product and service capabilities, promote facility visits, and attend trade shows and industry functions
• Travel within the assigned Las Vegas/Phoenix territory as needed
• Perform Voice of Customer activities and provide feedback regarding territory potential and financial goals
• Act as mentor for Account Managers and support Sr. Account Manager efforts; assist in contract negotiations and provide technical/application assistance to consultants

Executive Sales Engineer

• Develop new controls product designs and redesigns in coordination with sales, marketing, service, and manufacturing functions.
• Ensure products meet control design functionality of required points of operation and design intent.
• Assist in the identification of controls strategies for optimal use of product applications.
• Review, clarify, and validate deliverables to both internal and external customers.
• Develop bill of materials, complete IAN, and communicate translation requirement related to new or changed designs.
• Support the transition from design into production, including testing and training required for implementing new or changed designs.
• Evaluate components for quality, reliability and performance and make recommendations to engineering and purchasing.
• Participate in value engineering projects to continually improve designs and processes.
• Provide technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external customers including product selection and application.
• Provide content for the development and updating of product literature and maintain accurate documentation on design changes.
• Assist in presenting training seminars internally and externally and support prototyping and testing of new designs.
• Review/evaluate returned goods and determine root cause of failures and disposition of materials.
• Participate in cross functional project teams as the representative SME for Controls Engineering.
