About the role
- Build and optimize enterprise-level scalable go-to-market (GTM) processes
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen lead flow and attribution visibility
- Evaluate and optimize GTM tooling
- Support the rollout of new tools and capabilities
- Develop and implement segmentation models and account ownership frameworks
- Monitor process health and tooling effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise revenue operations (RevOps)
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models and CRM architecture
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that balance operational rigor with seller usability
- Technically skilled and adept at collaborating with system administrators, developers, and data teams
- Exposure to modern revenue technologies such as sales engagement platforms and marketing automation
- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
