About the role

  • Build and optimize enterprise-level scalable go-to-market (GTM) processes
  • Partner with Marketing to strengthen lead flow and attribution visibility
  • Evaluate and optimize GTM tooling
  • Support the rollout of new tools and capabilities
  • Develop and implement segmentation models and account ownership frameworks
  • Monitor process health and tooling effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise revenue operations (RevOps)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models and CRM architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that balance operational rigor with seller usability
  • Technically skilled and adept at collaborating with system administrators, developers, and data teams
  • Exposure to modern revenue technologies such as sales engagement platforms and marketing automation
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
