About the role
- Identify and convert leads to secure immediate sales and pre-orders
- Build a new account base through multi-channel outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Introduce the brand to target audiences, media, and industry influencers to generate pre-launch buzz
- Gather real-time feedback from early adopters to refine future event offerings
- Develop deep knowledge of real asset finance and sales processes related to IJGlobal and Green Street
- Maintain precise Salesforce records for pipeline tracking and provide accurate revenue forecasts
- Partner with marketing, editorial, and programming teams to maximize revenue streams
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B event sales, specifically within event launches or building portfolios from the ground up
- Exceptional presentation and outreach skills with the ability to engage senior-level influencers and budget holders
- Proven track record in outbound business development and high-volume lead generation
- Thrives in a team-oriented culture where collective success is celebrated
- Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with the real estate or infrastructure finance sectors.
