About the role
- You actively support our team in B2C Customer Service & Back Office
- You take ownership of tasks, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our daily processes are executed efficiently and reliably
- Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area
- Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend
- Responsible for professional complaint management and service-oriented, solution-focused customer communication
- Communicating with fulfillment and print partners regarding B2C orders
- Point of contact for affiliate agencies, attending meetings and checking affiliate commissions
- Maintenance of the B2C shop: adding new products, reviewing sale items, updating and correcting product descriptions
- Maintenance of the ERP/WMS (WAWI), including updating order analyses, stock levels and product reorders
- Planning and creating B2C newsletters
- Preparing settlements for design sales and sub-shops
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer service, back office or e-commerce is an advantage
- Confident use of online shop systems and ERP/WMS
- Structured and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach toward customers and partners
- Comfortable working with numbers and data (e.g., invoicing and inventory maintenance)
- Basic knowledge of newsletter marketing is an advantage
- Interest and affinity for new technologies and the use of various software solutions (esp. AI)
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
