About the role

  • You actively support our team in B2C Customer Service & Back Office
  • You take ownership of tasks, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our daily processes are executed efficiently and reliably
  • Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area
  • Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend
  • Responsible for professional complaint management and service-oriented, solution-focused customer communication
  • Communicating with fulfillment and print partners regarding B2C orders
  • Point of contact for affiliate agencies, attending meetings and checking affiliate commissions
  • Maintenance of the B2C shop: adding new products, reviewing sale items, updating and correcting product descriptions
  • Maintenance of the ERP/WMS (WAWI), including updating order analyses, stock levels and product reorders
  • Planning and creating B2C newsletters
  • Preparing settlements for design sales and sub-shops

Requirements

  • Initial experience in customer service, back office or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Confident use of online shop systems and ERP/WMS
  • Structured and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach toward customers and partners
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data (e.g., invoicing and inventory maintenance)
  • Basic knowledge of newsletter marketing is an advantage
  • Interest and affinity for new technologies and the use of various software solutions (esp. AI)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
