Financial Planning and Analysis

• You provide active support to our team in Finance & Back Office
• You take ownership of tasks and work independently
• You ensure our daily processes are executed efficiently and reliably
• Payment processing, bookkeeping, dunning/collections, and preparation of documents for the tax advisor
• Reviewing incoming and outgoing payments
• Matching payments with receipts and invoices
• Importing new receipts into our accounting/payment system and reviewing automatically recognized documents
• Support in payment management, including preparation and execution of supplier payments and credit notes
• Assistance with dunning: monitoring open items and following up on reminder runs
• Preparing relevant documents for the tax advisor
• Providing and managing account statements (GLS, Novalnet, PayPal)
• Communicating with the tax advisor, including submitting missing documents and resolving outstanding queries
• Regular finance updates to management
• Maintaining and continuously updating the internal finance wiki

Finance & Back Office

Customer Support

• You will actively support our team in B2C Customer Service and Back Office.
• You will take responsibility for tasks, contribute your own ideas and ensure that our daily processes are implemented efficiently and reliably.
• Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area.
• Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend.
• Correcting address errors and proactively communicating with customers when products are not available.
• Communicating with fulfillment and printing partners regarding B2C orders.
• Point of contact for affiliate agencies, attending meetings and checking affiliate commissions.
• Reviewing and maintaining canceled orders.
• Maintaining the B2C online shop: adding new products, checking sale items, updating and correcting product descriptions.
• Maintaining the merchandise management system (WAWI).
• Ordering in-house and third-party goods and obtaining GOTS certificates.
• Planning and creating B2C newsletters.
• Preparing settlements for design sales and sub-shops.

Product Manager

• Produkt- & Tech-Verantwortung (Hands-on) Entwicklung und Validierung erster MVPs (z. B. über Scripts, APIs, Low-Code oder einfache Webentwicklung)

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Optimize online marketing channels (SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content strategy, etc.).
• Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Develop and implement a holistic visual identity.
• Oversee design and branding processes, including style guides.
• Create style guides and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Plan and execute photoshoots.
• Manage external resources such as photographers, graphic designers, illustrators, and design agencies.
• Work closely with the executive team and shareholders to implement company strategy.
• Develop and execute the next multi-year business plans starting in 2025.
• Lead and scale the team with a focus on digital product and IT development.
