Customer Support

• You provide active support to our team in B2C customer service and back-office operations, contributing to the smooth running of our processes.
• You take ownership of tasks, bring forward ideas, and ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and reliably.
• Customer care, maintenance of our online store, coordination with partners, and support for marketing and sales activities.
• Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area.
• Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend (including payment status, delayed or partially delivered orders, review and maintenance of canceled orders).
• Responsible for professional complaint management and service-oriented, solution-focused customer communication.
• Communication with fulfillment and print partners regarding B2C orders.
• Point of contact for affiliate agencies, participation in meetings, and verification of affiliate commissions.
• Maintenance of the B2C shop: creating new products, managing sale items (activation/deactivation, price updates), and updating/correcting product descriptions.
• Maintenance of the inventory management system (WAWI), including updating order analyses, stock levels, and product reorders.
• Ordering in-house and third-party products and obtaining documents from various partners.
• Planning and creating B2C newsletters (topic selection, promotions, off-topics, recommendations).
• Preparing settlements for design sales and sub-shops.

Customer Service, Part-time

• Unterstützung des Teams in den Bereichen B2C Customer Service & Back Office.

Customer Service, Back-Office Teilzeit

• Du unterstützt unser Team tatkräftig in den Bereichen B2C Customer Service & Back Office
• Bearbeitung von Kunden-Tickets und Retouren im B2C-Bereich
• Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen im Backend (inkl. Zahlungsstatus, verzögerte oder teilweise ausgelieferte Bestellungen, Prüfung und Pflege von stornierten Bestellungen)
• Verantwortung für ein professionelles Beschwerdemanagement und eine serviceorientierte, lösungsfokussierte Kundenkommunikation
• Kommunikation mit Fulfillment- und Druckpartnern bezüglich B2C-Aufträgen
• Ansprechpartner*in für Affiliate-Agenturen, Teilnahme an Meetings und Kontrolle der Affiliate-Provisionen
• Pflege des B2C-Shops: Anlage neuer Produkte, Kontrolle von Sale-Produkten (Aktivierung/Deaktivierung, Preisupdates), Aktualisierung und Korrektur von Produktbeschreibungen
• Pflege des Warenwirtschaftssystems (WAWI) inclusive Aktualisierung von Bestell-Analysen, Lagerbeständen und Waren-Nachbestellungen
• Planung und Erstellung von B2C-Newslettern (Themenfindung, Aktionen, Off-Topics, Empfehlungen)
• Erstellung von Abrechnungen für Designverkäufe und Subshops
