Customer Support

• Du unterstützt unser Team tatkräftig in den Bereichen B2C Customer Service & Back Office
• Bearbeitung von Kunden-Tickets und Retouren im B2C-Bereich
• Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen im Backend (inkl. Zahlungsstatus, verzögerte oder teilweise ausgelieferte Bestellungen, Prüfung und Pflege von stornierten Bestellungen)
• Verantwortung für ein professionelles Beschwerdemanagement und eine serviceorientierte, lösungsfokussierte Kundenkommunikation
• Kommunikation mit Fulfillment- und Druckpartnern bezüglich B2C-Aufträgen
• Ansprechpartner*in für Affiliate-Agenturen, Teilnahme an Meetings und Kontrolle der Affiliate-Provisionen
• Pflege des B2C-Shops: Anlage neuer Produkte, Kontrolle von Sale-Produkten (Aktivierung/Deaktivierung, Preisupdates), Aktualisierung und Korrektur von Produktbeschreibungen
• Pflege des Warenwirtschaftssystems (WAWI) inclusive Aktualisierung von Bestell-Analysen, Lagerbeständen und Waren-Nachbestellungen
• Planung und Erstellung von B2C-Newslettern (Themenfindung, Aktionen, Off-Topics, Empfehlungen)
• Erstellung von Abrechnungen für Designverkäufe und Subshops

Customer Service, Back-Office Teilzeit

• You will actively support our team in B2C customer service and back-office areas
• You will take ownership of tasks, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our daily processes are implemented efficiently and reliably.
• In the B2C customer service & back-office position the focus is on supporting our customers, maintaining our online shop, coordinating with partners, and assisting with marketing and sales activities.
• Handling customer tickets and returns in the B2C area
• Monitoring and tracking orders in the backend (including payment status, delayed or partially delivered orders, review and maintenance of cancelled orders)
• Responsibility for professional complaint management and service-oriented, solution-focused customer communication
• Communication with fulfillment and printing partners regarding B2C orders
• Point of contact for affiliate agencies, participation in meetings, and monitoring affiliate commissions
• Maintaining the B2C shop: adding new products, managing sale items (activation/deactivation, price updates), updating and correcting product descriptions
• Maintaining the merchandise management system (WAWI), including updating order analyses, stock levels, and product reorders
• Ordering own-brand and third-party products and obtaining documents from various partners
• Planning and creating B2C newsletters (topic ideation, campaigns, off-topic content, recommendations)
• Preparing settlements/invoices for design sales and sub-shops

Customer Service, Back-Office (Part-time)

• You actively support our team in B2C Customer Service & Back Office
• You take ownership of tasks, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our daily processes are executed efficiently and reliably

Customer Service – Part-time, Back Office

Financial Planning and Analysis

• You actively support our team in Finance & Back Office and contribute to the smooth operation of our processes.
• You take ownership of tasks, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our daily operations are carried out efficiently, reliably and without errors.
• Preparatory bookkeeping for the official accounting performed by our tax advisor: - Checking and allocating incoming and outgoing payments; - Maintaining and importing receipts into our accounting and payment systems; - Preparing and executing supplier payments and credit notes.
• Collaboration on building an automated payments system (including dunning) that enables scaling.
• Maintenance and continuous updating of the internal Finance wiki.
• Support in researching and setting up financing methods (e.g., factoring, re-factoring, alternative financing methods, investment).
• Regular finance updates to the management (including automation of reporting, KPIs and analysis).
• Preparation of relevant documents for the tax advisor - Providing and managing bank statements (GLS, Novalnet, PayPal) - Communication with the tax advisor, including submitting missing documents and clarifying open questions.
• Supporting management on other tax and legal matters.
• Interest in impact-driven accounting, sustainable value chains and certification processes (e.g., B Corp, GOTS, ClimatePartner, etc.).
