About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build out Marketing and Inbound Sales
  • Analyze our customer, offer and CRM data and develop clear B2B target groups, personas and ideal customer profiles
  • Derive and operationally implement target-group-specific campaigns
  • Build and grow LinkedIn and B2B Instagram channels
  • Develop content, newsletter, landing page, lead-nurturing and existing-customer campaigns
  • Optimize Pipedrive, CRM touchpoints, segmentations and automated communication flows
  • Further develop the process from first contact to qualified sales opportunity and long-term customer relationship
  • Coordinate SEO, SEA and GEO as well as AI Search with internal and external specialists
  • Independently create briefs, landing pages, tests, analyses and concrete optimization measures
  • Contribute your UX/UI expertise to our B2B platform, customer journey and conversion optimization
  • Participate in rebranding, brand positioning and consistent communication across all touchpoints
  • Automate content and marketing processes using AI, n8n, Make or comparable tools
  • Develop environmental and impact reporting, co-branding partnerships and support a potential B Corp certification
  • Contribute to growth strategy, annual planning and prioritization of key projects
  • Work with marketing budgets, forecasts and marketing & sales KPIs
  • Support the development of clear responsibilities, efficient work structures and pragmatic decision-making processes
  • Supervise and, prospectively, coordinate employees, freelancers and external partners
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and take on important tasks beyond a narrowly defined marketing area when needed
  • Represent GREEN SHIRTS to customers, partners and collaborators
  • Support the further development of our location in the Munich or Vienna region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, inbound sales, CRM or growth—ideally in a start-up, SME, hands-on agency or a growing organization
  • Experience with budgetary, results- or decision-making responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in company development beyond your own area of responsibility
  • Strong hands-on mentality: you don’t just provide input but create first solutions, campaigns, analyses or processes yourself
  • Enjoy prioritizing diverse topics and driving them forward in a structured way
  • Experience with team coordination, project responsibility or building new structures
  • Confident use of metrics, spreadsheets, CRM systems and digital tools
  • Interest in AI, automation and modern marketing technologies
  • Ability to connect strategy, analysis, creativity and operational execution
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Passion for sustainability and long-term company building
