• Own and elevate the end-to-end client journey
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers
• Ensure clients receive consistent, high-impact service
• Work cross-functionally to align internal teams around client success
• Continuously improve how we deliver value
• Engage with customers, including senior leadership and mid-level stakeholders
• Map, analyze, and optimize the entire client experience lifecycle
• Act as the voice of the client, championing their needs and pain points
• Monitor customer activities to understand usage
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations for seamless onboarding
• Identify friction points and design solutions
• Participate in executive business reviews, client summits, and account planning sessions
• Follow standardized playbooks, templates, and messaging for consistency
