About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage data workflows to gather information from sources like databases, Excel files, invoices, and ERP exports, while ensuring procurement, supplier, and spend data is entered and validated accurately
Assist in implementing data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Support the analytics and client success teams by preparing and formatting data for analysis and reporting
Perform routine audits and flag data anomalies for further review
Maintain proper documentation of data sources and workflows
Collaborate with global team members across time zones to ensure timely deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, data analysis, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas)
Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a remote team environment
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Familiarity with procurement or financial documents (POs, invoices, vendor data) is good to have but not required
Internship or prior experience in data entry or operations is good to have but not required
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Big Data technologies is good to have but not required
