About the role

  • Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound efforts.
  • Listen to customer needs and present highly tailored solutions, demonstrating the value of our platform.
  • As one of the early hires on our sales team, you’ll help establish and refine our sales practices and culture.
  • Our ideal customers are large enterprises with complex, extended procurement processes. You’ll need to anticipate these requirements and navigate them to completion, often over several months.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in an Enterprise Account Executive role, selling SAAS software to B2B enterprise customers. Bonus points if you’re familiar with the design and research tooling space already.
  • Proven experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers, closing $50K–$100K deals,
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships with senior decision makers, and demonstrating excellent project management, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to excel in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment; thrives in ambiguity and proactively solves problems.
  • Passionate about understanding and delivering value to clients beyond the sale.
  • Committed to high standards and enthusiastic about our mission.
  • Familiar with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler), able to leverage data and tools for meticulous pipeline management, and resilient when handling setbacks.
  • Brings a team-first mindset with a strong drive to win and exceed personal goals.
