About the role
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email
- Provide assistance with product information, order tracking, and returns
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM
- Work closely with sales and operational teams to address customer concerns and escalate when needed
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer suggestions
- Follow a part-time two-week rotating rota (30.5 hours/week) with required weekend shifts on rotation
- Temporary position until end of January 2026
- Hybrid working (office presence and remote shifts)
Requirements
- Two-week rotating schedule totaling 30.5 hours/week
- Weekend availability required on a rotational basis following training
- Strong passion for customer service and helping others
- Confident speaking on the phone and answering customer queries
- Experience with live chat and telephone communication is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
