Research, analyze, and calculate data (customer design proposals, specifications, manuals) to determine feasibility.
Prepare design criteria and bid packages for subcontractor pricing.
Participate in estimating for building systems and analyze subcontractor proposals.
Review construction documents and installed work for compliance with scope and contract documents.
Review and update engineering design standards; perform other duties as assigned.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and project managers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Requirements
