About the role
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans and provide timely responses
- Work closely with project managers to help create and manage timelines
- Partner with Media Planning & Activation teams as needed
- Work with Creative team on development and execution of creative materials from inception to production
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration among local or global teams
- Prepare initial drafts of estimates and proposals with transparency in scope, costs, and expectations
- Work with global teams and talent to provide comprehensive solutions aligning with client objectives
- Serve as meticulous proofer and final reviewer for all materials
- Exhibit creative and solution-oriented problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in an agency environment
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to content, video production, and media projects is advantageous
- Digital experience is important
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana
- Experience with HubSpot and NetSuite is beneficial
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working autonomously
- Adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Open to some travel for this position based on Client meeting needs
