About the role

  • AI Adoption & Governance : Own the CPTO’s AI agenda across Product, Engineering, and Marketing - defining frameworks for responsible usage, tool governance, and cost controls. Champion AI-native workflows to compress timelines and unlock new capabilities.
  • Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Frameworks : Drive the design and evolution of Gravitee’s pricing model in partnership with Product, Sales, and Finance. Model pricing scenarios and analyse downstream impact on ARR, gross margin, and customer acquisition economics.
  • Change Management & Org Design : Lead change initiatives across all three functions - from restructures to new function creation. Own job architecture, levelling frameworks, and org models reflecting current and planned headcount.
  • Budgeting & Financial Intelligence : Own the operational budget layer for the CPTO’s remit - tracking actuals vs. plan for marketing spend, platform costs, and headcount. Build financial models covering customer ROI, gross margin, and cost-per-customer.
  • Board Preparation & Executive Communication : Lead preparation of board materials, investor decks, and executive briefings. Draft high-quality memos and frameworks that reflect the CPTO’s voice - ensuring readiness for every high-stakes moment.
  • Acquisition Scouting & Modelling : Build and own the framework for evaluating acquisition targets across technology fit, team quality, and financial profile. Monitor the API and integration market for emerging targets and consolidation signals.
  • Analyst Relations & Product Analytics : Own project management of major analyst evaluations (Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave). Define the product analytics framework - ensuring the right instrumentation, dashboards, and decision loops for data-informed product decisions.
  • Rhythm of Business : Design and run the operating cadence for the CPTO - QBRs, leadership offsites, cross-functional kick-offs, and all-hands across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
