About the role
- Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales process, demonstrating Gravitee’s value and transforming prospects into happy, successful customers.
- Conduct discovery sessions, deliver impactful product demos, lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and provide expert technical guidance to customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers to ensure current customers maximize the value they get from Gravitee and identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with partners and service providers to explore new opportunities and technical collaborations.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to influence product evolution, provide customer feedback, and contribute to webinars, blog posts, and other content initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a previous Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor
- A track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical (e.g developer and architect) customer personas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences
- Experience working in middleware technology, ideally within API management, IAM or integration
- Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML
- Some scripting experience, ideally with Java or JavaScript/Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to design deployment architectures (HA, DR, etc)
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes as well as experience with Linux
- Creativity and innovation to come up with new material to have people discovering and learning about Gravitee
- Understanding of Event Driven Architectures and APIs (desired)
- Understanding of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect (desired)
- Knowledge of Kafka, gRPC, GraphQL (desired)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI Agent frameworks or platforms (desired)
