Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a strategic role within banking, fintech, or specifically treasury/cash management.
Analyze and explain the pros and cons of different solutions.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
Read, understand, and create various documents (instructional, API, technical).
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products or services.
Understand treasury solutions (payments, receivables, liquidity, digital banking) and related technology.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Skilled in data analysis and familiar with product management tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience with User Experience (UX) design and tools like Figma.
Experience with banking core or payment systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Stripe).
Experience working with cloud-based third-party service providers.
Data analytics skills (SQL, R, Python) and experience with ETL tools (e.g., Tableau Prep) are preferred.
