About the role

  • Support the research and development of global analytics and data initiatives in alignment with Insulet's data analytics strategy.
  • Assist in developing tools and processes to transform data into actionable insights in collaboration with subject matter experts from cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data cleaning best practices, aggregation, and joining large datasets, and leverage cloud technologies to support analytics reporting for a comprehensive view of product to patient.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Data Engineers in the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) to support cross-functional efforts across R&D, clinical, medical affairs, quality, and global manufacturing.
  • Support the gathering and interpretation of requirements and communicate analytical findings and their strategic implications to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and streamlining data pipelines and in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards that effectively convey complex data insights.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. A master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Programming Knowledge: SQL for database management and analysis.
  • Programming Knowledge: Python or R for data processing and analysis.
  • Visualization Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Statistics and Probability Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical and probability concepts and their application in data analysis.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (intermediate-advanced).
  • Soft Skills: Willingness to Learn, Problem-Solving, Teamwork.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multicultural and global environment.
