Account Executive

• Drive Graphwise's growth and market presence across the UK by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective customers, existing clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partner relationships, and industry events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into high-quality sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities within your commercial authority, from initial engagement to successful deal closure.
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and technical teams to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
• Represent Graphwise at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support regional growth strategies.

Regional Account Executive

Human Resources

• Manage HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, side letters and other employment documentation in accordance with Austrian legislation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all required information.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management and absence tracking.
• Maintain complete, accurate and timely employee data in BambooHR, ensuring the system remains the single source of truth.
• Ensure compliance with Austrian labour law, collective agreements, social security and internal company policies.
• Support employee relations cases by preparing documentation and coordinating administrative processes.
• Work closely with the HR Business Partner and VP, Human Capital to ensure operational excellence across the Austrian HR function.

Backend Engineer

• Design and build robust backend services that orchestrate Knowledge Graphs, LLMs, and custom ML models
• Implement scalable APIs and integration layers that connect AI components with enterprise systems
• Develop retrieval and context architectures, including RAG and GraphRAG patterns
• Contribute to the design of distributed, production-grade systems for demanding enterprise workloads
• Help shape how Knowledge Graphs interplay with modern AI in real-world deployments
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end functionality
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to solve complex information challenges
• Explore and adopt modern AI, NLP, and backend engineering technologies.
