Technical Project Manager

• Act as the primary contact to communicate progress, manage expectations, and align stakeholders on project risks and issues.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams to develop use cases, requirements, and comprehensive business proposals.
• Define high-level goals, draft SOWs, and develop detailed implementation plans including timelines, resources, and work breakdown structures.

Technical Writer

• Design, write, and maintain high-quality documentation of our applications, including API guides, integration tutorials, and user manuals for various target groups.
• Identify and reuse existing content assets, while adhering to the Graphwise style guide, best practices, and any instructions and requests.
• Use Paligo to manage component-based content, ensuring maximum reusability as well as consistency and continuity of documentation works across the department and company.
• Work closely with the Graphwise Knowledge Hub team and support the curation and maintenance of the Graphwise Knowledge Graph with focus on taxonomies and content design.
• Collaborate closely with our stakeholders and in particular the product and infrastructure team, as well as other enterprise departments to ensure accurate and technical valid information.
• Distill highly technical concepts into elegant, "high mode of expression" English that maintains professional sophistication without sacrificing clarity and can be easily followed and understood by relevant target groups.
• Audit existing content for accuracy and keep apace with our rapid release cycles.

Experienced Technical Writer

Engineer

• Build and maintain demos and prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Develop intimate knowledge of the Graphwise Platform components and capabilities
• Responsible for graph building and consumption tasks, including, but not limited to manual modelling and design and development of automated graph manipulation pipelines
• Do some code development when required for the tasks centered around the Graph processing

Data and Knowledge Engineer

Events

• The Marketing & Event Production Designer is responsible for the execution and production of marketing materials and event assets that support business development and brand visibility.
• This role is primarily focused on the operational delivery of high-quality physical and digital collaterals used in trade shows, conferences, webinars, and field marketing initiatives.
• Working closely with the Creative Marketing Lead and the Event Manager, this position ensures that all event-related materials — from printed white papers to booth graphics — are produced accurately, on time, and aligned with company standards.
• This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with a strong emphasis on production, coordination, and logistical management.
• Design and prepare print-ready marketing materials (White Papers, flyers, leaflets, booklets, roll-ups, and booth graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva; Coordinate print production with external vendors and suppliers.
• Manage inventory and stock of event materials (printed collateral, swag, booth elements, etc.); Oversee shipping, delivery, and on-site readiness of event assets; Ensure timely replenishment and reordering of marketing materials.
• Maintain and update templates for recurring materials (white papers, one-pagers, banners, videos); Support HR for employer branding, Prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for conferences and sales enablement.
• Work closely with Creative Marketing and Demand Generation Marketing to ensure accurate implementation of brand guidelines in production assets.

• Drive customer adoption and act as a trusted advisor: Work closely with clients to adopt our technologies and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Build strong relationships, guide architectural decisions, and support technology adoption through best practices.
• Communicate architecture effectively: Create and present clear architectural artifacts (e.g., C4, Arc42) across multiple views, articulating decisions and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bridge client needs with product evolution: Capture and structure client feedback, recurring challenges, and emerging use cases, and translate them into actionable input for the Product roadmap.
