About the role

  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information to ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Review payroll and new approvals

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial close and accounts payable processing.
  • Experience in USGAAP accounting
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Accounts Payable Software (for example: Coupa)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, and Google Spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
  • Effective English communication (verbal, written, and presentation) with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Works collaboratively by consulting with employees, colleagues, and clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
