• Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment
• Meet monthly deliverable deadlines
• Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development to create compelling and interesting content
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations.
• Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth

Performance Marketing

• Stand up and own Graphite's Paid AEO practice, starting with ChatGPT Ads, Reddit Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Expand the practice into the broader paid landscape, building out our offering for paid search, paid social, and affiliates.
• Cross-sell Paid AEO into our existing client base and help win new business on the strength of it.
• Build, hire, and lead the paid team as the practice scales.
• Partner directly with our leadership to shape the strategy and positioning of the function.
• Present strategy, insights, and results to client executives, and bring the case studies that make the pitch land.

• Support the creation of cross-platform content strategies that embody the client’s objectives and desired brand identity.
• Own the research and development of Content Briefs and topic ideas for article production.
• Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
• Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content for each client, and ensure the content team is on board.
• Support the process of copy optimization, writing copy that is optimized for SEO while remaining entertaining and informative.
• Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company.
• Cooperate with the content and growth marketing team to create web content and monitor its effectiveness over time.
