About the role
- Manages repair and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment, tools, and instruments
- Planning and prioritizing work orders and scheduling overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions
- Responsible for people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees
- Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
- 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams or skilled trades
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production settings
- Experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS.
