Help organizations proactively shape and implement their overall supply chain strategy
Leverage subject matter expertise and prior consulting experience to lead delivery of major supply chain transformation initiatives
Perform engagement management responsibilities
Maintain a good working relationship with clients
Communicate externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization
Lead as a supply chain subject matter expert
Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk
Manage, develop, train, coach and mentor staff on projects
Meet or exceed targeted utilization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred
6+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice providing supply chain services required
Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCP) or Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt) required
Multiple instances of client project delivery experience in Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Prior implementation experience with supply chain systems required
Proficient data analytics and modelling skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other similar analytics tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
