About the role
- Ensure consistency of processes and policies
- Manage customer experience team for order setup and materials dispatch
- Collect bid day info, manage and send quotes, create orders
- Support quality submissions for accuracy and plant scheduling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4-year degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- MS Office intermediate to high level required
- Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
