• Analyze and leverage data to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless and cohesive execution and delivery, resulting in optimal client satisfaction.

• Make cold calls, follow up with leads, and book qualified meetings.

• Join and eventually lead consultative sales calls with real business owners.
• Deliver a live (or simulated) sales pitch to Grandir’s leadership team.
• Participate in team meetings, peer role plays, and internal competitions that mirror life in a high-performing sales org.
