About the role
- Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, developing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies across SEO, AIO, PPC, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Lead consultative client meetings and presentations leveraging campaign performance data and detailed reports that demonstrate ROI and inform expansion opportunities.
- Onboard, nurture, retain, grow, and expand client account relationships.
- Analyze and leverage data to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless and cohesive execution and delivery, resulting in optimal client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, account management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with client/account stakeholder management
- Experience in a post-sales account management capacity OR experience in full life cycle sales with interest and passion to focus on post-sales account management
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to take immediate, decisive action
- High attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to project management & customer journey mapping
- Excellent communication skills, (written and verbal) with a customer obsessed mindset and demonstrated ability of earning trust and building strong client relationships
- Proven expertise/knowledge in SEO and Google Business Profile (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy (preferred)
