About the role
- Produce positive sales growth for a specific geography or vertical market.
- Use Grainger's CRM, Salesforce, to perform all business aspects daily.
- Report to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing.
- Understand customer goals and remain responsive to changing needs.
- Oversee support of managed inventory tasks to guide customer understanding and increase sales.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
- Sales forecasting opportunity management and customer planning.
- Ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process.
- Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections.
