About the role

  • GR8 Tech is a leading B2B provider of iGaming solutions that empowers operators to grow, lead, and win
  • Lead a growing team of technical experts on strategically crucial client onboarding projects
  • Manage integration projects and organize cross-functional teams to onboard new clients
  • Orchestrate collaboration between multiple business units and coordinate activities for smooth transition to maintenance
  • Work closely with clients, Sales, and Account Managers to ensure efficient delivery processes and long-term partnerships
  • Identify and address daily challenges and make timely informed decisions
  • Contribute to implementation of scalable delivery processes with the Head of Global Delivery
  • Optimize delivery processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and executive leadership to offer strategic insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of strong IT client delivery management experience: leading development projects and teams
  • Client delivery experience in B2B organizations
  • iGaming experience (at least strong understanding of the industry)
  • Client relationships and stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10+ people
  • Advanced proficiency in project support and monitoring tools: using JIRA and Confluence
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong people management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Full proficiency in Turkish
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Russian (mandatory requirement)
