About the role
- Plan, execute, and track technology-driven, client-facing projects and software releases—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
- Capture scope, develop timelines, and create detailed forecasting and work plans
- Understand technical requirements and challenges
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Track project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure the project has the necessary resources
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Document necessary processes and ensure all teams are aware of proper methodologies
- Maintain software release schedule, status, and timelines
- Participate as a Scrum Master when required

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar technical background
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or Scrum Master role
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with a software vendor
- Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture and Agile SDLC
- Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and with Agile/Waterfall frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to maintain and share project timelines visually and verbally
- Strong communicator with ability to work independently and in teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive results to completion, think strategically, and build credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences
