About the role

  • Plan, execute, and track technology-driven, client-facing projects and software releases—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals
  • Capture scope, develop timelines, and create detailed forecasting and work plans
  • Understand technical requirements and challenges
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Track project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure the project has the necessary resources
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Document necessary processes and ensure all teams are aware of proper methodologies
  • Maintain software release schedule, status, and timelines
  • Participate as a Scrum Master when required
  • Work at Broadridge, a global Fintech leader delivering technology-driven solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar technical background
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or Scrum Master role
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with a software vendor
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture and Agile SDLC
  • Experience working with Agile Scrum teams and with Agile/Waterfall frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to maintain and share project timelines visually and verbally
  • Strong communicator with ability to work independently and in teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results to completion, think strategically, and build credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences
