About the role
- Manage and maintain all LMS content, including courses, curricula/programs, exams, and scheduled offerings.
- Perform direct training assignments and removals, and build Assignment Profiles for automated, criteria‑based assignment.
- Apply Learning History credit using the correct method based on content type and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues, queries, and escalations through to full resolution.
- Process all content and learner transactions in alignment with client and GP Strategies policies and procedures.
- Consistently meet or exceed SLA/KPI expectations.
- Ensure quality assurance across all LMS activities.
- Provide best‑practice guidance to enhance the learner experience.
- Maintain LMS user guides, reference materials, and documentation.
- Support clients and internal teams with ad hoc projects under the direction of the Line Manager.
- Review document management system connector reports and ensure accurate data flow into the LMS.
- Triage report data to appropriate business contacts and update metadata as needed.
Requirements

- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Successful experience in LMS or SuccessFactors is preferred.
