About the role

  • Manage and maintain all LMS content, including courses, curricula/programs, exams, and scheduled offerings.
  • Perform direct training assignments and removals, and build Assignment Profiles for automated, criteria‑based assignment.
  • Apply Learning History credit using the correct method based on content type and client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues, queries, and escalations through to full resolution.
  • Process all content and learner transactions in alignment with client and GP Strategies policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed SLA/KPI expectations.
  • Ensure quality assurance across all LMS activities.
  • Provide best‑practice guidance to enhance the learner experience.
  • Maintain LMS user guides, reference materials, and documentation.
  • Support clients and internal teams with ad hoc projects under the direction of the Line Manager.
  • Review document management system connector reports and ensure accurate data flow into the LMS.
  • Triage report data to appropriate business contacts and update metadata as needed.

Requirements

  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Successful experience in LMS or SuccessFactors is preferred.
