About the role
- Provide research, analysis, and strategic coordination to support provincial initiatives
- Conduct environmental scans, literature reviews, and data analysis
- Analyze policy, programs, and services to inform evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinate engagement with cross-ministry partners and stakeholders
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other materials
- Develop communication materials, reports, and resources
Requirements
- University graduation in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Child and Youth Development, or a related field
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in research, policy analysis, program evaluation, or strategic initiatives
- Ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources
- Ability to analyze policies, programs, and initiatives within the broader government and education system context
- Strong interpersonal and consultation skills to build effective working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
