About the role
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated data management, sharing, analytics, and AI capabilities
- Oversee data governance practices
- Manage outsourced and in-house application development, maintenance, and modernization of legacy platforms
- Build a Centre of Excellence in data and application services
- Foster strong partnerships with court stakeholders, technology teams, and service providers
Requirements
- University degree in a related field such as Business Administration and Information Technology, Computer Science
- Minimum of seven years’ related experience
- Experience in supervision, management & leadership roles
- Extensive experience in application management, data governance, and technology leadership
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale application development and modernization projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Working knowledge of data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies is a significant asset
- Experience with finance and procurement functions
- Strong working knowledge of Alberta legislation and governance systems
