About the role

  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending technology-enabled solutions.
  • Support cross-functional operational excellence projects focused on improving operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with JETI and cross-ministry partners to implement automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • University graduation in a related field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Systems plus two years of progressively responsible related experience or equivalent as described below.
  • Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, automation, or project management is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, automation technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and digital transformation is considered an asset.
