Lead data-driven strategy and innovation initiatives
Define and execute the BI & Analytics roadmap aligned with the division’s strategic goals
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models in production environments
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms
Mentor and grow a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven insights and automation
Leads communication and change management initiatives to foster the use of new AI/ML tools across the division
Evaluate emerging tools and frameworks to enhance analytics and AI capabilities

Requirements

A university degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
Four years related experience in leading AI, MLOps, business intelligence, analytics, and data engineering projects
Proven expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment, including MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data architectures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with generative AI and advanced machine learning techniques
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
Understanding of ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance
Experience leading or managing a team in a data/analytics environment.
