About the role

  • Provide strategic issues management and coordination support to the Deputy Minister
  • Design and implement innovative, AI-driven processes
  • Monitor internal and external environments to identify emerging issues
  • Maintain effective communication with the Minister’s Office, ADMO, and key stakeholders
  • Manage preparation of briefings, background materials, and reports
  • Develop and implement administrative systems for efficient operations
  • Oversee AI-related issues ensuring proactive risk mitigation and compliance

Requirements

  • University graduation in a related field plus 4 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below
  • Knowledge of developing and deploying AI-powered workflows to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Experience ensuring efficient functioning of executive offices by implementing administrative systems, tracking tasks and budgets, and maintaining operational alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Experience identifying, prioritizing, and resolving emerging and sensitive issues through proactive monitoring, collaboration, and solution development aligned with ministry goals.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain communication with senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners to support collaborative decision-making.
