Design custom graphics, infographics, conceptual diagrams, process flows, and visual aids to support technical narratives in federal government proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.).
Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging visuals that enhance message delivery and readability.
Collaborate closely with proposal managers, technical writers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to conceptualize and produce graphics that align with proposal strategies.
Ensure visual consistency and branding across all proposal materials in accordance with company guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Prepare files for print and digital delivery, ensuring compliance with file format, size, and resolution requirements.
Stay up to date with federal proposal trends and design best practices to continually improve visual content.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years supporting federal government proposals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing graphics for government or technical proposals.
Ability to interpret and visualize technical content effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
