About the role
- Review contracts, order forms, and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment per GoTo policies
- Enter order forms and contract terms into the company's order entry systems accurately and per departmental SLAs and revenue recognition policies
- Engage and support sales on deal structure queries in accordance with company policies and revenue recognition standards
- Act as trusted advisor to sales, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions
- Follow multi-step processes to resolve escalations, taking ownership from start to finish to ensure accurate execution of sales queries
Requirements
- Understanding of revenue recognition standards and order to cash process
- Experience entering contract terms and orders into internal commerce/order entry systems
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Accountability towards financial impact
