Revenue Operations

• Review contracts, order forms, and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment per GoTo policies
• Enter order forms and contract terms into the company's order entry systems accurately and per departmental SLAs and revenue recognition policies
• Engage and support sales on deal structure queries in accordance with company policies and revenue recognition standards
• Act as trusted advisor to sales, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions
• Follow multi-step processes to resolve escalations, taking ownership from start to finish to ensure accurate execution of sales queries
