About the role

  • The perfect combination – You own Sales & Customer Success, from the first consultation through long-term support.
  • Advise & persuade – You consult with parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions, and match them with suitable tutors.
  • Close deals – You generate conversions, excite families about tutoring packages, and successfully finalize contracts.
  • Build customer relationships – You strengthen customer retention, manage your portfolio of clients, and optimize the learning experience.
  • Upselling & referrals – You increase revenue through upselling strategies and actively drive referrals.

Requirements

  • Very strong German (C2) – You communicate confidently with German-speaking parents and can inspire them about our offering.
  • Sales mindset & initiative – You enjoy persuading people, proactively grow your client base, and set ambitious targets.
  • Strong communication skills – You persuade effectively, listen closely, find solutions, and build trust.
  • Experience in sales or customer support (advantageous) – Prior exposure to sales or customer success is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (advantageous) – Familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
