Payroll

• Own and administer Deel as our group HRIS
• Build and maintain people reporting
• Manage integrations between Deel and other tools
• Drive the people systems roadmap
• Own the monthly payroll cycle for all group entities
• Collect and validate payroll inputs
• Process payroll through Deel
• Work closely with internal accounting teams
• Own the payroll calendar and ensure statutory deadlines are met
• Reconcile payroll with Finance
• Continuously improve payroll processes
• Provide occasional support to the wider People Operations team
