- Own and drive major parts of the Helpdesk 2.0 roadmap
- Partner with Engineering and Design to modernize core helpdesk capabilities
- Build scalable features for larger enterprise deals
- Close product gaps making capabilities coherent and consistent
- Improve performance by resolving technical debt
- Design seamless AI-human collaboration workflows
- Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data for usability improvements
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
