About the role
- Own strategy and execution of co-marketing, enablement, and joint go-to-market programs with technology, agency, and referral partners
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth via webinars, co-branded content, integrated campaigns, and partner events
- Deliver measurable results from co-marketing and GTM efforts; establish performance frameworks and reporting cadences from awareness to closed-won revenue
- Equip partner sales teams with tools, messaging, and programs to position and sell Gorgias
- Build and lead a high-performing, AI-leveraged ecosystem marketing team to scale programs and amplify broader marketing initiatives
- Deepen relationships with top partners and stay on top of ecosystem and ecommerce partnership trends
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in partner, channel, or product marketing
- Deep experience in the ecommerce ecosystem, ideally within the Shopify partner landscape
- Background with agency, referral, BPO, ISV, or TSD partners is a plus
- Strong AI literacy; experience experimenting with AI tools beyond copywriting
- Fluent in marketing systems (Customer.io or similar, HubSpot, Webflow, Splash)
- Strong storytelling and partner narrative development skills
- Data-minded with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize partner marketing performance
- Collaborative cross-functional skills with sales, product, and business development
- Must be legally authorized to work in the job location (Toronto)
- Must be able to commit to a hybrid work environment in-office 2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursday)
