About the role
- Document current- and future-state business processes using MS Visio, MIRO, and other tools
- Support planning and execution of initiatives through structured project management & coordination
- Apply foundational project management and Agile & lean principles & techniques
- Work with stakeholders and team members to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Own and maintain team tooling and artifacts, including Monday.com boards, dashboards, and reports
- Track KPIs and business outcomes; synthesize updates into insights for leadership
- Contribute to the advancement of the Transformation PMO team by improving templates and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-6 years of Project Management, Business Process and Agile experience
- Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to support projects, including defining scope and tracking risks
- Working knowledge of foundational project management principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize complex information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
