💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Document current- and future-state business processes using MS Visio, MIRO, and other tools
  • Support planning and execution of initiatives through structured project management & coordination
  • Apply foundational project management and Agile & lean principles & techniques
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Own and maintain team tooling and artifacts, including Monday.com boards, dashboards, and reports
  • Track KPIs and business outcomes; synthesize updates into insights for leadership
  • Contribute to the advancement of the Transformation PMO team by improving templates and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-6 years of Project Management, Business Process and Agile experience
  • Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support projects, including defining scope and tracking risks
  • Working knowledge of foundational project management principles
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize complex information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
