Supervisor

• Oversee the maintenance, operations, and overall condition of all owned and leased properties
• Supervise, support, and train direct reports
• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Facilities Department
• Provide timely, constructive performance feedback and evaluations for direct reports
• Manage employee coaching, corrective action, and discipline in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee contractors performing work across all company locations and properties
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, repairs, and special projects as needed
• Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance at all company locations and residential properties
• Monitor direct reports’ schedules and hours worked; review and approve bi-weekly payroll
• Purchase building materials, maintenance supplies, equipment, and furniture in accordance with company policy and budget guidelines
• Optimize space utilization by managing room assignments, facility reconfigurations, and furniture layouts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce utility costs across all properties

• Provides on-site job coaching for supported participants
• Guides and motivates individuals to successfully perform their job
• Assists employer in identifying, modifying, or eliminating barriers to employment
• Promotes integration and natural support at places of employment
• Maintains timely and complete service documentation
• Assists Case Manager in identifying and coordinating transportation for person served
• Assists in providing specific disability and related education to employers

Associate

• Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments.
• Support the donation process by accepting, organizing, and handling goods.
• Assist with production, sorting product for quality, pricing, and proper disposal of waste materials.
• Provide best in class customer service and accurate register operation.
• Maintain professional interactions with internal and external customers.
• Engage in learning opportunities and take on additional responsibilities as skill level increases.
• Participate in regular check-ins with the Transitional Jobs Specialist to assess, update, and review personal goals and progress.
• Complete tasks assigned by management and provide support to various departments as needed.
