About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gain hands-on experience across multiple departments.
Support the donation process by accepting, organizing, and handling goods.
Assist with production, sorting product for quality, pricing, and proper disposal of waste materials.
Provide best in class customer service and accurate register operation.
Maintain professional interactions with internal and external customers.
Engage in learning opportunities and take on additional responsibilities as skill level increases.
Participate in regular check-ins with the Transitional Jobs Specialist to assess, update, and review personal goals and progress.
Complete tasks assigned by management and provide support to various departments as needed.
