About the role

  • Leave of Absence Administration: Manage and process LOAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Data Analytics: Support the HR team by analyzing HR data to provide insights and reports that inform decision-making. This includes maintaining HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and assist in communicating these to employees.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights. Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR support role is beneficial.
